Prenatal Visits

We look forward to meeting expectant parents. Many of our physicians and staff members are parents themselves, and we understand your concerns. Please schedule a prenatal visit to meet our doctors and staff and see our office. These visits are free of charge and allow us to answer your questions.

You do not need to pre-register with our office for newborn care. Simply inform the labor and delivery staff at the hospital that you would like our doctors to see your newborn. We will be happy to check the baby after birth and assist in arranging follow-up care at our office. If your baby is born at another local hospital but you plan to follow up with us, please ask the attending doctor to provide you with the birth records for the initial visit.

Our friendly and caring staff will ensure that every visit to our office is pleasant and relaxed. With comprehensive information about our practice available on our website, you can feel confident and well-prepared for your first appointment. We also invite you to review our staff page to get to know our doctors and staff. We look forward to meeting you.

To help you, we accept a wide range of insurance plans, including self-pay, private indemnity plans, PPOs, HMOs through the Children's Physicians Medical Group, Tri-West, Healthy Families, Medi-Cal, and Medi-Cal managed care plans.

To expedite your child's first visit, please have the following information ready when you arrive:

• Insurance cards
• Complete immunization records
• Medical records from your previous pediatrician

Directions

Our office is located one block south of Pomerado Hospital, off Monte Vista Road, across the street from St. Michael's School. Please park in the back of the Pomerado Medical Dental Center and follow the signs to the B-1 building.
