After hours assistance

If you have an urgent or emergent concern regarding your child's health after regular office hours, you can reach the physician on call at (858) 484-4003. We manage our own calls 24/7 without an answering service, ensuring direct access to our team.

Please use this service for urgent matters only. It is intended to assist patients who are very sick and may require emergency care. For routine or non-emergency questions, we kindly ask that you wait until regular office hours. If you do not hear back from the physician on call within 15 minutes, please call again.
For minor issues and routine prescription refills, please contact us during regular office hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Appointments

Schedule appointments by calling (858) 487-8333 between 8:30 am and noon or 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Call early for sick visits to increase the likelihood of same-day scheduling. Please call ahead for well checkups, camp, and sports physicals.

In a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
